Shipping

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $7.95 per order and free on orders of $75 or more. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Returns

Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumables (gloves, tips, tubes, wipes, bags and pads) can't be returned.

To start a return, email hello@biologistics.dev with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund it, including shipping.

Intended use

Our products are general laboratory and shipping supplies for research and general lab use. They are not medical devices and are not intended for diagnosis or treatment.
